On May 1st 2023 During the Finissage of the exhibition "CHILDREN OF THE ISLANDS", Francesco "Bedo" Bedinicreated a Mural as a tribute to our fundraising project. To thank the availability that the municipal administration of Valdobbiadene has shown by making available to us, during the month of April 2023, the spaces of theEx-Opificio in Villa dei Cedri,the Mural was donated to the Municipality.
Francesco, creative, Illustrator, Graphic and Web-Designer is also a Exceptional writer belonging to two of the most active and historic writing crews in Milan and in Italy, since the late 80s and early 90s. TDK and VMD 70's.
The MURAL is inspired by one of Mr.Smith's (Patrick Comiotto) photographs which were exhibited at the Villa dei Cedri exhibition. The photograph was interpreted by Francesco making it a unique work of great expressive character. For those interested, the photograph is printed on a Sandwich panel in Quadrichromy and is 150cm X 100cm.If you wish to purchase it, write to us for information.
A few days ago with the precious help ofPaolo De Marchi, we finally managed to complete Francesco´s work, adding the "stencil" that distinguishes it and thus leaves a "witness" for the exhibition which we hope will soon be hosted in another city.
